Mimo Homeware offers this website and all information, tools and services made available to you via this website to you - the user - under the conditions stated herein.

These general terms and conditions apply to any use of the website and/or web shop.

We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone for any reason at any time. It is prohibited to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit the website, including the images and texts on our website, without our express written permission.

We do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and complete. However, it is possible that there is incorrect or incomplete information on our website or information that is outdated. We are not responsible for this. Obvious errors in the Mimo Homeware offer do not bind us. We reserve the right to change the content of this website at any time, but we are not obliged to update information on our website. It is your responsibility to check changes on our website.

Article 6 – Prices
If you purchase a product from us, you will be liable for the price that is displayed at the time of ordering. The prices stated are inclusive of VAT. The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any price adjustment or change. Promotions and offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 7 - Products or services
All offers of products on our website are without obligation and only an invitation to order. We do everything we can to display the colours and images of the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the screen of your computer or telephone displays all colours correctly. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated to, limit the sales of our products to certain persons or regions, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions and product prices are subject to change by us at anytime, at our sole discretion, without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Article 8 – Refusal of order
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Purchases may be limited or canceled by us, in our sole discretion, on a per person, per household or per order basis. These restrictions may also apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number you provided at the time your order was placed.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our sole discretion, are
posted by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

Article 9 – Data
It is your responsibility to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information each time you make a purchase through our website. You will promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, when they change, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 

Article 10 – Payment
For payment you can only use the payment methods offered on our website. We offer the following payment methods: iDeal, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Article 11 – Delivery
We only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs for shipments to the Netherlands are €6.95 per order and to Belgium €12.95 per order. Shipping is free from €200.00.
Delivery will be made to the address you specified. The delivery times we specify are indicative.

Article 12 - Returns Policy
Ordered items can be returned within 14 days after receipt without giving reasons, provided that they are in the same condition as delivered and in the original packaging. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lie with you. You bear the costs for the return shipment. 

A return can be requested by sending an email to info@mimohomeware.com stating your order number and the subject 'Return Request'. We will send instructions for the correct packaging of the return within a maximum of 48 hours. You can also use the model withdrawal form.

Mimo Homeware reserves the right to refuse returns if the items have been damaged by you, are improperly packaged or have otherwise been treated unreasonably by you.

If the return shipment has been received in good order and accepted by Mimo Homeware, the order value of the return shipment (after deduction of any discounts) will be refunded within 10 working days to the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Certain content, products and services available via our website may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites with which we have no association. We are in no way responsible for third-party materials or websites or any other materials, products or services of external parties.

Article 14 - Comments, feedback and other user submissions
If, at our request, you send us something (for example, in a contest) or you voluntarily send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by regular mail, or otherwise (collectively, "Comments"), you agree that we may use such Comments for our own purposes and at our sole discretion. These General Terms and Conditions and all agreements concluded via our website are governed by Dutch law. If you do not reside in the Netherlands, this does not affect the mandatory provisions of the country where you have your habitual residence. The Amsterdam court has exclusive jurisdiction, unless another court has jurisdiction based on mandatory rules.
